Ongoing technical support

As well as installation, shipping and logistics co-ordintation, we offer ongoing technical support with all of our attractions. We build them so we can dial into them remotely and troubleshoot any queries with you without the need to travel. 

We train our venues to operate and maintain their hardware themselves and all our existing venues do this effectively. However, we are happy to quote for onsite maintenance as a bespoke package if required. 

Mobile and digital builds

Our attractions all come with a backend operating system making them easy to operate, assess and maintain. We can also build bespoke support eco-systems around your attraction to suit your requirements. 

Payment and loyalty card integrations

We can integrate your attraction with various payment providers or offer coin operated solutions or both. We can also look to integrate with your existing loyalty or token systems. 

Attraction operation and optimisation

Our global account management team are on hand to support questions around operation and optimisation and hand hold the success of your attraction via annual reviews. 

Marketing support

We can provide marketing support to launch your installation, support esports events and drive repeat footfall to your location.
